DAY 1. BUENOS AIRES

Upon your arrival at Buenos Aires airport, our driver and guide will meet you there and accompany you to your hotel.

In the afternoon, you will take an individual author’s tour of the city by car with a private guide. You will see pages of history that preserve the memory of the founding of the city, the colonial era, the first immigrants, the golden times of the beginning of the 20th century, the amazing life and tragic death of the famous first lady of Argentina Evita Peron, the difficult period of the dictatorship... the historic square of Plaza de Mayo near the city center, the charming area of San Telmo, the vibrant quarter of La Boca, the dynamic port and business center of Puerto Madero, elegant Recoleta with its Frenchstyle architecture andfamous cemetery surrounded by secrets and legends, the parks of ​​Palermo... And all of this is only a fraction of what awaits you on our tour!

In addition, along the way you can taste the national drink ‘mate’ that is an important part of Argentine culture.

In the evening you'll take part in a gastronomic workshop which will teach you how Argentines prepare meat. In the modern Fogon restaurant, the chefs will explain to you the traditions and the secrets of how to cook Argentine beef. You' can take part in the preparation and also make a sauce.

After the program is finished you’ll return to the hotel.

DAY 2. BUENOS AIRES – MENDOZA

Transfer to the airport and flight to Mendoza.

Our guide will meet you at the airport and drive you to Finca Adalgisa Hotel (or similar).

The wine region you’ll stay in is called Lujan de Cuyo, which is home to some of Argentina's most famous wineries. After you arrive in Finca Adalgisa you’ll be invited to taste some different wines. Later, you'll have dinner that will be preceded by a cooking workshop.

DAY 3. MENDOZA – LUJAN DE CUYO – MENDOZA

Your wine journey continues! This day is dedicated to visiting a few more wineries: Bressia, Casa del Enemigo and Carmelo Patti. Bressia is a small family bodega that focuses on the natural process of winemaking with mimimal human intervention.

Casa del Enemigo is where you’ll have lunch. Owner Alejando Vigil has opened a restaurant here in his house. This will be the moment to to enjoy a glass of wine or two together with the people who run the winery, with some traditional regional dishes.

Later in the afternoon you’ll visit the Carmelo Patti winery. Carmelo's wines, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec Premium, are recognized internationally and he has a very handson approach.

After the tour is finished, you’ll return to the hotel.

DAY 4. MENDOZA – VALLE DEL UCO – MENDOZA

Our guide will meet you in the hotel to take you on a fullday tour to Valle del Uco. On your way you’ll be driving through spectacular landscapes that feature snowcapped mountains and wineyards.This day’s agenda includes visits to Clos and The Vines Siete Fuegos. In the latter, you’ll taste a lunch prepared by the famous chef Franсis Mallman. The traditional dishes of the region will be accompanied with fine wines.

After the visit, you’ll return to the hotel.

DAY 5. MENDOZA

Get ready for a horseriding trip through the land of one of the oldest wineries overlooking a mountain range.

The tour will start at Nieto Senetiner winery. Your riding instructors will help youfeel comfortable on horseback, and afterwards you’ll enjoy a visit of to the vineyard, with fresh air and surrounded by rural landscapes. There will be opportunities to take photographs and learn more about winemaking from the experts.

After the tour, lunch will be served.

In the afternoon you’ll return to the hotel.

DAY 6. MENDOZA – SALTA

Breakfast, transfer to the airport, flight to Salta. Meet and greet at the airport.

Salta city tour.

Explore the narrow streets and the squares of this charming city, see the cathedral and the town hall with its colonial architecture, and visit an artesan market. Then you can climb the cable car to Mount San Bernardo and enjoy a panoramic view of the city against the backdrop of the setting sun.

In the evening, you can enjoy dinner in a local restaurant serving traditional regional dishes from northern Argentina. Salta is famous for its empanadas and the aromatic Argentine white wine Torrontes.

After the city tour, you'll travel to Cafayate. Transfer to the hotel.

DAY 7. THE WINERIES OF SALTA

This day will be dedicated to the “Colome wine tour”. You’ll follow the route that will allow you to see the finest wineries of the region. You'll enjoy 4 wine tastings, and you’ll also have lunch accompanied by a selection of premiumclass wines.

In the evening, return to Cafayate.

DAY 8. CAFAYATE – PURMAMARCA – SALINAS GRANDES – CAFAYATE

The picturesque village of Purmamarca and nearby Hill of Seven Colors are one of Argentina's most stunning landscapes. You’ll also visit Salinas Grandes, a huge salt flat where you’ll learn about the process of saltmaking and have fun taking some amazing photos with interesting perspectives and optical effects.

 In the evening, return to Cafayate.

DAY 9. CAFAYATE – SALTA – BUENOS AIRES

Transfer from Cafayate to Salta airport, flight to Buenos Aires.

Meet and greet at the airport, transfer to 4* hotel (Pulitzer 4* or similar). Checkin and rest.

In the evening PAM Travel team invites you to be our guest at a traditional Argentine dinner and barbecue. Feel the atmosphere in a typical familyLearn about local culture, help with the cooking and share with us your feedback and the highlights from your trip! We’re sure it will be a great send off before your journey home.

In the evening, return to the hotel.

DAY 10. BUENOS AIRES – HOME

Transfer to the airport. International flight.
